T​he 5-Month Professional Cooking is great for students who are looking into the culinary industry.  For more information, please contact us.  Class sessions will be Tuesday through Thursday at 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Maximum of 12 students will be accepted.

  • Week 2: Breakfast Cookery
  • Week 3: Breads
  • Week 4: Pasta
  • Week 5: Ancient Grains & Legumes and Advanced Vegetable Cookery
  • Week 6: Healthy Cooking
  • Week 7: Desserts
  • Week 8: Meat Fabrication
  • Week 9: Fish
  • Week 10: Menu Planning and Plating
  • Week 11: Team Cooking Test
  • Week 12: Introduction to Asian Cuisine
  • Week 13: Introduction to Continental Cuisine
  • Week 14: Introduction to American Cuisine
  • Week 15: Introduction to Latin American Cuisine
  • Week 16: Introduction to Restaurant
  • Week 17: Introduction to Catering
  • Week 18: The Personal Chef
  • Week 19: Resume, Cover Letter, and Mock Interview
  • Week 20: Cooking Final and Graduation


Professional Cooking Fee:

  • Single Payment Option – $7,000.00 due upon enrollment.
    • Includes $150.00 non-refundable registration fee.
  • Installment Plan Option – $7,500.00
    • Includes $150.00 non-refundable registration fee.
      • $3,000.00 – Installment Plan 1 – Due upon enrollment
      • $2,500.00 – Installment Plan 2 – Due before Week #3
      • $2,000.00 – Installment Plan 3 – Due before Week #6
