The 10-Week Introduction to Culinary program is offered twice a year, February through April and May through July, and the 5-Month Professional Cooking starts in August and ends in December.  The program will include weekly class sessions, field trips, guest speakers, and chef’s coats.  THE ACADEMY OF CULINARY ARTS reserve the right to change weekly topics, class sessions, recipes/techniques, or field trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailable ingredient(s), guest instructor/speaker cancellation or other emergencies.
